We are extremely proud of all our anaesthetists who have been working really hard not only during FA surgical missions but also ensuring that the work and medical experience they gain during the trips reach others.  Thanks to David Ball and his commitment FA is delighted to cooperate with The Royal College of Anaesthetists and offer The Facing Africa Anaesthetic Fellowship, which will enable a less experienced anaesthetist to join our consultants in Ethiopia and learn difficult airway management skills.
